Agreement

By creating an account or using Socialhub you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

What Socialhub does

Socialhub connects to the Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts you already manage, and gives your team one inbox, one composer and one set of analytics for them.

Socialhub is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Meta Platforms. Your use of the connected platforms also remains subject to their own terms, developer policies and community standards.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you think they have been exposed. You are responsible for what the people you invite to your workspace do. Only connect accounts you are authorised to manage.

Acceptable use

Do not use Socialhub to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, to publish unlawful content, or to break the rules of the platform you are posting to.

Do not use Socialhub to collect, export or resell personal data about the people who message your accounts beyond answering them, and do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Your content

The posts, replies and media you put into Socialhub remain yours. You are responsible for them. You give us the limited permission needed to store them and deliver them to the platform you selected.

Publishing depends on the platform: it can reject, delay or remove content, and it can change what its API allows at any time.

Availability

We work to keep Socialhub available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, platform outages, rate limits and API changes can interrupt or remove features.

Fees

If this installation offers paid plans, fees are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and are not refundable except where the law requires it. Plan limits, such as the number of connected accounts and members, apply as described on the billing page.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or puts us in breach of a platform policy.

You may stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting your workspace. Deletion is described on the data deletion page.

Disclaimer and liability

Socialhub is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or unpublished content, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
