Reply
A shared WhatsApp inbox for the whole team.
Your WhatsApp Business number, answered by everyone who needs to, from any phone. Chats sit beside your Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and X conversations.
Assign, note and resolve
Hand a chat to a teammate, leave a private note, and mark it done.
The 24-hour window, on screen
WhatsApp lets you reply freely for 24 hours after a customer writes. After that, Socialhub offers an approved template instead of a message that would fail.
The customer, in context
Name, tags, notes and consent, right beside every chat.
In action
From a broadcast to a booked fitting.
An approved template goes to your VIP segment. Zara taps a button, the chat opens in your shared inbox, and a teammate takes it from there.
- Tap-to-reply buttonsCustomers answer with one tap, and the tap can start the next step.
- A result for every personSent, delivered or failed, for each recipient, with the reason.
- Straight to the teamThe reply lands in the shared inbox with the customer's history beside it.

Templates
WhatsApp template messages, approved and ready.
Write templates in Socialhub, submit them to Meta, and follow each one's approval in every language you use.
Write and submit

Variables, previewed
See exactly how {{1}} becomes “Zara” before anything is sent.
Buttons customers can tap
Quick-reply buttons turn a “yes” into the next step.
Broadcast
WhatsApp broadcasts that respect consent.
Send an approved template to a segment of customers who opted in, with a cost estimate first, then see each person's result.
Segments
VIPs, wholesale buyers, people in Herat: message the right group, kept up to date.
Consent first
Only people who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp are included, and an opt-out counts straight away.
A safe pace
Broadcasts go out steadily, with your number's quality rating and messaging limit on screen.
Good to know
Where WhatsApp draws the line.
WhatsApp is strict about business messaging, and that's good for everyone's inbox. Here's what it asks for.
An official business account
The WhatsApp Cloud API needs a verified business, a WhatsApp Business Account and a registered number. The WhatsApp Business app on a phone can't be connected.Templates after 24 hours
Meta requires an approved template to start a conversation, or to reply after 24 hours. It's their rule, and Socialhub follows it.Messages, not posts
WhatsApp's API doesn't reach Status or Channels, so they aren't in the composer. WhatsApp is for talking.
Questions
Questions, answered.
Can several people answer one WhatsApp number?
Yes. That's what the shared inbox is for. Everyone on the team works from the same list of chats, with assignments and notes, on their own phone or computer.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Socialhub uses WhatsApp's official Cloud API. You'll need a verified business, a WhatsApp Business Account and a phone number registered to it.
How do WhatsApp broadcasts work in Socialhub?
Choose an approved template and a segment. Socialhub leaves out anyone without WhatsApp consent, shows a cost estimate, sends at a safe pace, and records each person's result.
What is WhatsApp's 24-hour window?
After a customer writes to you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that, WhatsApp only accepts approved templates. Socialhub shows the time left on every chat.
Can I send template messages in other languages?
Yes, in the languages WhatsApp supports for templates. Each language version is submitted and approved on its own, and Socialhub shows the status of each.
Will customers who opted out still get messages?
No. Consent is checked before every broadcast, and an opt-out takes effect straight away.
